I believe that countries that have a large flow of tourism should have good quality internet service providers. For example, when I travelled to Argentina, I got one of those Buenos Aires apartments that came with a computer and internet service for free. The speed was so good I ended up doing all my tasks quicker than I had thought so I had time to get to know the city and see some Tango shows!
